We offer FREE FedEx ground shipping to anywhere in the Continental US (AK HI excluded). Arrival typically in 2-5 business days. FedEx can not ship to PO Boxes. All other shipping is discounted.

Canada Shipping

There are no duties on Blendtec blenders we ship to Canada. Canada shipping quotes include US brokerage but do NOT include any other applicable Canadian brokerage, taxes or border fees. Shipping Details

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping rates and options for you based on your delivery location. Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is Guaranteed!

You may return new items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product cost. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, wrong color, etc.) and you wish to exchange, otherwise the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. Returns require an RMA number and will not be accepted without an RMA number.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. If you need to return an item, you must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once authorized, we'll send you an RMA number to include with your return and notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Note that the return address may be different than the originating location based upon the product and/or reason for the return.
